ENTERTAINMENT: Lil Wayne Tour Bus Shooter has been arrested by the Police

As we reported earlier, Police have figured out who shot up Lil Wayne’s tour bus outside of an Atlanta night club and now reports claim they finally have him in custody. According to reports, Jimmy Carlton Winfrey turned himself in to police early Tuesday morning.
